Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, launching a scan, submitting data, or donating, you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies.
Description of Services
AI-Sentinel provides AI detection scans, reporting dashboards, browser extensions, APIs, and community feedback tools that help you analyze AI signals across domains. Beta features may change without notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to scan submitted domains, safeguarding your login credentials, and complying with applicable laws when sharing scan output.
Prohibited Activities
You may not misuse the services, attempt to bypass rate limits, interfere with infrastructure, submit malicious payloads, or violate the privacy of third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policy.
Account Security
Enable multi-factor authentication when available, use strong passwords, and immediately report suspicious activity. We may require reauthentication for sensitive actions.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, models, and datasets remain the property of AI-Sentinel or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the services subject to these terms.
Payment Terms
Donations are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law. Paid subscriptions or credit bundles will include clear pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms during checkout.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Sentinel's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the fees paid in the preceding three months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law rules, and disputes will be resolved in New York courts unless otherwise required by statute.
